At GEMaLiNGS, we ship exclusively to destinations across Canada and the United States, ensuring each order is handled with care and arrives safely at your doorstep. Orders are sent via ground service, from Canada, via Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, or Stallion, depending on the shipping address and availability.

Order Processing:

Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM EST on business days (Monday through Friday), are generally prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier the same day. While our goal is to process all in-stock items within 24 hours of order confirmation, fulfillment times may vary due to product availability or recipient location. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery and Shipping Terms:

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all purchases are sent FOB (Free on Board) Destination - freight is prepaid and added. Title and risk transfer to the purchaser as soon as the goods reach the specified delivery location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and selected carrier service.

Delivery Area:

Our shipping services are limited to addresses within Canada and the continental United States. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international destinations outside North America.
